Description Product Overview at BORTE | LX Hausys US Responsibilities: · Distributor Identification and Management: o Identify and establish relationships with potential distributors across North America, including regions such as the Western U.S., Utah, Southeastern U.S., Northeastern U.S., and Canada. o Manage existing distributor relationships, ensuring effective communication and providing business support. · Specification sales targeting housing builders and A&D firms for builder & commercial projects (vertical Applications) : o Target and support large commercial Kitchen & Bath cabinetry companies in North America for specification-driven sales. o Build strong relationships with major builders involved in premium multifamily, apartment, condominium and single family housing projects. o Expand networking with key designers at major North American A&D firms to drive specification adoption and influence market penetration for the Borte product line. · Sales and Inventory Management: o Oversee sales and inventory management for regional distributors. o Manage and facilitate the sale of LX Hausys-owned inventory, including container-based and pallet sales. · After-Sales Support: o Provide after-sales customer support, including handling claims and offering technical assistance. · Other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position: Work Experience: · Sales/Project Management in Panel and Kitchen & Bath cabinetry industry (10+ years): o Proven experience in sales and project management related to Kitchen & Bath cabinetry industry in the North American market. OR · Sales/Project Management in Panel Manufacturing and Import Sales (10+ years) Knowledge and Skills: · Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint) · Highly refined planning and organization skills that balance work and responsibilities in a timely manner · Enjoy working with others and being a leader to achieve specific goals · Highly motivated, quick-learner with ability to adapt in a new working environment · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Data analysis skills & Time-sensitive decision making skills · Complex problem solving, Critical thinking and multitasking · Time & Risk management
