ABOUT THIS ROLE We’re seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Strategy & Operations to help drive operational excellence, data integrity, and process automation across our go-to-market (GTM) organization. You’ll serve as a key partner to Sales, Channel, and RevOps leadership — balancing analytical rigor, process ownership, and strategic influence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution: confident working directly with senior sales leaders, but also ready to get deep in Salesforce, data, and GTM systems to make things run smoother and faster. RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Ownership Own and maintain critical sales operations processes, including territory management, sales hierarchy and headcount management, and other core system workflows. Manage ongoing enablement and documentation around GTM processes and sales system operations (Salesforce, Gong, and ZoomInfo.). Partner with Sales and RevOps leadership to ensure consistent and accurate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management. Analytics & Strategic Insights Develop dashboards and analyses that surface insights on pipeline health, sales productivity, conversion rates, and coverage. Support annual and quarterly territory, quota, and segmentation planning using data-driven ICP and account potential modeling. Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for GTM leadership and Sales Enablement. QUALIFICATIONS 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Strategy, ideally in a fast-growing tech or SaaS environment. Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel; demonstrated analytical and quantitative capability. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM; experience with systems like Gong, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to influence cross-functional stakeholders and simplify complex operational topics.
