This role involves managing structural design efforts, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead structural engineering projects from concept through construction, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery. • Support strategic growth through proposal development and client engagement. • Provide technical leadership in bridge and structural design, inspection, and documentation. • Manage project teams and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. • Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews. • Participate in field inspections and assessments as needed. • Mentor and develop junior engineering staff. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related discipline. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in bridge design and/or inspection. • Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in at least one U.S. state. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
