Job Summary: The Lead Retail Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and promoting sales growth and customer satisfaction for the organization. Specific responsibilities: customer management, staff management, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities will include, among other tasks: • Recruit, train, and manage staff, including but not limited to sales, face & body staff. • Manage retail staff related to Vagaro training to enable staff to achieve their potential. • Manage customer expectations and contributed to a high level of customer satisfaction. This includes solving customer service complaints and answering customers' questions. • Promote the team to achieve revenue goals per day. • Promote membership sales by giving tours of our apothecary. • Manage retail floor, including but not limited to selling retail products, memberships, rentals, events, and workshops, to maximize sales. • Manage all Vagaro software tasks, including but not limited to face & body appointments, membership, workshops, and events. • Manage inventory management in Vagaro and Shopify. • Manage Shopify orders up to 30 orders/day. • Oversee stocking shelves, setting up displays, ringing up merchandise and sales, and performing /supervising cleaning duties daily. • Monitor cancellations, info@luxxehonor.com, and phone messages/texts. • Manage inventory of products, bottles, collateral, and supplies. • Manage the ordering of sales collateral, supplies, and third-party items approved by the owner. • Work closely with the marketing team to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs. • Communicate and update the owner daily. Qualifications: • College Degree • Part-time leading to a full-time position • Extensive sales experience • Customer service management • Experience with hiring and building a sales team • Proficient on the computer (Google, Gmail, Canva) • Ability to multitask • Teamwork oriented • Natural product experience
