Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Salt Lake City, UT or Nashville, TN, for an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) Program Manager. The ERP Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day implementation and management of the window and door ERP implementation projects, including planning, executing, and closing projects. Responsibilities include managing project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure business processes are optimized and project objectives are met. Qualifications • Strong Program Management skills • Proficient Analytical Skills for assessing and improving business processes • Experience with ERP Implementations and understanding of Business Processes • Effective Budgeting skills to manage project finances • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Experience in the manufacturing and fenestration industry is a requirement • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
