Full Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced foreman/project manager to oversee projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes, including the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role requires effective communication with team members and stakeholders, as well as a commitment to maintaining safety and quality control on-site. Responsibilities • Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution. • Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. • Utilize construction management software such as BuilderTrend for project tracking and documentation. • Review blueprints and design renderings to ensure all work is performed accurately • Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process. • Provide training and support to team members in the use of tools, equipment, and safety protocol Skills • Proficient in using construction management software for project documentation and tracking. • Strong understanding of quality control processes within the construction industry. • Experience reading blueprints, plans and design specs. • Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. • Knowledge of hardscape construction including pools, spas, brick and tile patios, decks, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire features and similar accessory structure.
