Luxor Staffing is hiring a Manufacturing Quality Control Inspector paying $21.50 per hour with 2nd shift available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more! Job duties: • Inspect materials and packaged products for quality, alignment, defects, and adherence to specifications. • Monitor packing lines and machines for consistency and precision. • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions. • Identify and resolve quality issues with production teams to minimize defects and downtime. • Conduct audits, enforce quality standards, and provide training to new QC staff. • Collaborate across departments to ensure unified quality management and meet production targets. • Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency. • Ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations before shipment. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in manufacturing or quality control is a plus. • Previous experience in a quality control role, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging environment. • Strong attention to detail and observation skills. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects and inconsistencies. • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with production teams. • Required computer skills for data entry and report generation. • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. #IND789 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.26 per hour Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
