Description LUV Car Wash was founded in Sept of 2021, and we have rapidly grown to over 70 locations in 6 states, including CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ. We are looking to add an Account Payable Specialist to our growing team to help us continue our mission to become the best car wash in the industry. Benefits: 401K match Health Benefits/HSA Vision Dental Life insurance Vacation Sick Time Employee Discount program EAP Reports To: Chief Development Officer FLSA Status: Exempt Physical Demands: The ability to lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly, respond quickly to sounds, move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces, see clearly and respond to dangerous situations, safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds or more, work in extreme weather and wear PPE correctly throughout the day. Essential Functions: Development and training of the Luv Car Wash facilities maintenance team to successfully meet all quality standards which includes financial R&M targets. Maintain car quality standards across respective regions and work with Sonny's Diamond Shine to immediately resolve any issues not handled by DM/GM. Oversee the integration of locations that have been acquired. This includes working with various functional team leads such as HR, Finance, and Accounting, and the corporate ops team. Manage departmental metrics, which include utilization, hours per work order, variance to estimated work order time, work order completed, and driving score, on a daily and weekly basis. Develop an SLA by repair type that the Dispatcher can track and report on. Daily management of techs' effectiveness in their schedule to ensure that Work Orders are being completed within allotted time frames and done to specifications. Utilize assets to ensure 100% completion of rebrand locations after the exit of the current traveling rebrand team. Ensure competitive pricing for all third-party costs incurred. Manage all assets of the company that fall within the facilities department, including but not limited to vehicles and tools. Determine the final scope of work with the rebrand team several weeks prior to beginning the rebrand process. Assist in finalizing major capital decisions of all rebrand locations prior to payment to vendors. Develop and manage a robust preventative maintenance schedule executed by MTs and locations, depending on the necessary level of knowledge. All systems should be implemented and tracked on a regular and recurring basis to minimize major capital R&M investments. Hire and train team as necessary to deliver the necessary utilization standards for the maintenance technician team. Responsible for creating a positive working environment between operations and maintenance. Monitor every location to ensure it is in excellent running condition and that the facilities and grounds meet LUV standards. Perform other duties as requested or needed. Requirements Education: HS Degree and or Bachelor's degree is a plus Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of car wash facility repair and maintenance experience is required. Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Expert knowledge of car wash equipment and chemistry, including experience in installation, maintenance, repair and calibration Strong background in establishing and executing policies and procedures Ability to manage competing priorities in an efficient and effective manner Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Willingness to travel as needed
