You will ensure that our residents are safely transported by planning efficient routes and providing door-to-door service, ensuring they are received safely by staff or family. You serve as an ambassador of the Lutheran Home by always acting courteously and professionally, enhancing the organization's reputation. Additionally, you assist our residents in getting into and out of the vehicle and communicate any special information, directions, or requests concerning the resident's needs to the team members or their families. Schedule: The PRN position is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with coverage needed for vacations, sick days, and outings as they arise. There are no weekends or holiday requirements.
