Experience with Electronic Health Records and behavioral healthcare settings, strong communication and critical thinking skills, and residency in OR, WA, or ID.

Additional responsibilities include configuring the system to maximize efficiencies, and implementing changes as defined by clinical and business teams. Functions and Responsibilities: • Provide support for clinical users as issues arise • Responsible for managing Credible Help Desk tickets, either by resolving the request or assigning it to the appropriate person • Responsible for configuration of EHR (Credible) as directed • Regularly submit essential State reporting data and communicate errors to clinical teams (including MOTS/ROADS and Washington State reporting) • Write and maintain custom reports to support billing, clinical, and quality improvement operations and performance outcomes • Attend regular reporting meetings to stay current on State requirements • Analyze and interpret complex data sets • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs • Perform data validation and quality checks • Implements changes as defined by the Manager or by business leadership teams • Works with data team to enhance system efficiencies • This position works closely with a variety of technical and non-technical staff. Must have the ability to listen carefully, prioritize concerns, and articulate clearly what is realistic and what is not. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, professionals, and the public. Ability to make mistakes, communicate with them, and learn from them. • Critical thinking skills are strongly desired, including willingness to investigate and resolve an issue along with determining root cause and proposing plans for future reduction or prevention. Detail-oriented thinkers with an eye for solutions are ideal. HOW YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT: • Experience in an Electronic Health Record or electronic database system is required. • Experience in a Behavioral healthcare setting is required • This position works closely with a variety of technical and non-technical staff.
