Location: Waterford, MI Job Type: Full Time Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Manager with grit, urgency, and a relentless focus on exceeding customer expectations and sales goals. This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives on challenge, takes initiative, and is motivated to win. You’ll lead the inside sales team, drive revenue, build customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service while pushing for measurable results every day. Key Responsibilities: • Manage, coach, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Consultants to hit weekly and monthly KPIs. • Sell Lawn and Tree & Shrub Care Programs to customers and prospects via phone, SMS, email, and trade shows. • Master our 7-Step Lawn Care Program, Tree & Shrub Healthcare Services, and additional add-on programs. • Manage and track all incoming leads with urgency. • Communicate proactively with all members of the team. • Educate team on best practices and services. • Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide solutions quickly. • Consistently meet or exceed weekly sales targets. • Conduct daily sales huddles to reinforce goals, training, and accountability. • Monitor call performance, metrics, and conversion rates; provide coaching based on data. • Partner with marketing to optimize lead quality and volume. Skills & Abilities: • Coachable and open to continuous learning. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. • Highly self-motivated and competitive team player • Exceptional phone, email, and in-person communication skills. • Able to create and analyze reporting. • Strong leadership traits—able to motivate, correct, and inspire a sales team. • High sense of ownership and accountability. Requirements: • Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office; HubSpot is a plus). • Strong customer service mindset and professionalism. • 1–3+ years of sales or sales leadership experience preferred. • Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons if needed.
