Start as a full-time hunter and personally build the entire book of business from zero (Months 1–4) 2. Earn a fast promotion to Branch Manager (Month 5 onward) and run the full operation — crews, quality, retention, P&L, and continued growth This is a true ground-floor opportunity: you are not joining an existing team — you ARE the team that makes this branch exist. Realistic First-Year Earnings: ~$90,000 (achievable mix of guaranteed base + uncapped commission/bonus) Top performers who hit targets will clear $110K–$140K in Year 1 and $150K+ in Year 2 with profit-sharing. The Path (Clear & Transparent) Months 1–4 – Pure Sales Mode 100 % hunting. Your only job is closing new recurring commercial cleaning contracts. Month 5 onward – Branch Manager Promotion + immediate base increase.
