We are rapidly expanding and committed to improving access to quality mental health services across the U.S. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Lead to oversee and optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle process. This role is responsible for driving collections, reducing denials, improving cash flow, and ensuring compliance while leading a high-performing billing and RCM team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full revenue cycle: eligibility, coding, charge entry, billing, AR, and collections Monitor and improve KPIs such as days in AR, denial rates, clean claim rate, and net collections Oversee claims submission, follow-ups, appeals, and payment posting Develop and enforce RCM policies, workflows, and best practices Collaborate with clinical, operations, finance, and IT teams to resolve revenue blockers Identify root causes of denials and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and HIPAA requirements Train, coach, and performance-manage RCM staff Support audits and payer communications. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong knowledge of payer rules, CPT, ICD-10, and reimbursement models Proven ability to improve collections and reduce AR Experience managing offshore or distributed teams (preferred) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Nice to Haves: Experience with EHR / PM systems (AdvancedMD, Athena, Kareo, etc.) Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets. Knowledge of BI or reporting tools (Power BI, Looker, etc. – a plus).
