About the Role We’re looking for a Process Engineer passionate about desalination and water treatment. You will be joining an exiting team who is a leader in driving sustainable solutions in the process water treatment industry. This role focuses on designing and optimizing desalination processes to maximize efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and support global energy needs. What You’ll Do: • Design and optimize desalination systems (RO, thermal distillation, membrane technologies) for upstream and downstream applications. • Perform process simulations and modeling to improve water recovery and energy efficiency. • Troubleshoot operational issues and provide technical support during commissioning and start-up. • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration and procurement of desalination equipment. What We’re Looking For: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering. Experience: • 5+ years in process engineering within oil & gas or industrial water treatment. • Hands-on experience with desalination technologies (RO, MSF, MED, NF membranes). Skills: • Proficiency in process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II). • Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and water chemistry.
