The Role Senior Manager Product Management – Unified Communications & Collaboration As a Sr. Manager of Product Management, you will help drive innovation and product development for our UC&C portfolio by leading a team of Product Managers who support the Zoom and Lumen Enablement Services Portfolios. You will need to lead and create the strategy for new services and offerings within our Zoom and LES portfolios as well as any adjacent integrated partner services including but not limited to our CCaaS, CCI and Security technology partners. This role will require you to work regularly with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, IT, Sales, Service Delivery, and Support. Part of this role will also be driving the integration of our Unified Communications and Collaboration services into Lumens Communications platform (LCC) This will enable these UC&C services to be an integrated part of the Lumen Fabric Port strategy. This position is a leadership role responsible for managing the development and sales effort of complex product(s) from conception until delivery to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial and corporate growth objectives. As part of this role, you will need to lead and drive partnerships with many of our integrated technology partners as well as serving as a key Product support liaison for our AGT partners on all Sales opportunities.This is a fully remote position from anywhere in the US. Location This is a work from home position within the US. The Main Responsibilities • Work with cross functional teams to create development requirements for integrating a world class SaaS and LES applications within Lumen’s Communications network infrastructure. Continued and ongoing iteration of these platforms. This would include writing Epic’s, defining capabilities and outlining product features based on customer, operations and sales feedback • Ability to help develop present and articulate the UC&C vision/integration story into the larger Lumen vision/roadmap including associated Product Financials. (LCC/Fabric Port etc. • Leading a team of PM’s to drive the growth, support and Product evolution for our Zoom and LES portfolios. Continued coaching and employee development a must • Responsibilities include but are not limited to forecasting, execution and presentation of: Revenue, Sales, Budget, headcount, P&L, Product Roadmaps. Leading development of programs from concept to design to delivery, working on program approvals and delivery via our LTO process when required • Ability to break down release notes, vendor documents and other product materials to understand the mechanics of the application • Lead training, office hours, technical sessions and other sales meetings to help educate and articulate the offering to internal or external participants • Help answer questions about the Lumen Solutions for Zoom Portfolio for Sales, Support and Service Delivery teams • Help to present the Lumen value prop and evangelize the Lumen Solution for Zoom/LES portfolios to internal and external stakeholders. • Develop metrics to gather data of market conditions and customer requirements to assess and recommend appropriate implementation or management of the solution. • Works with Offer Management and Finance to review strategic deals and ensure that we are maximizing revenue and margins to align with corporate strategic directions.Prepares and presents business cases for new services/products with the portfolio • Contributes to the development of new processes and methods to help drive efficiencies and automation. What We Look For in a Candidate Required: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience. • 10+ years of experience in the Telecommunications or Technology industries. • Effective communication and project management skills.Proven leadership roles. 5 years+ • Critical thinking skills and the ability to look for creative ways to solve problems/challenges. • Seeking candidate with understanding of complex product design and communications technologies. • Natural leader that has the vision and the ability to illustrate tactics/strategy. • Self-motivated individual that wants to learn new SaaS technologies and work in fast paced environment. Preferred: • Master’s degreeExperience working in the UC&C space working with integrated technology partners • Knowledge or certification of Safe Agile methodology. • Sales, Technical Sales or Customer Success Certifications • Telecommunications/Technology experience or similar background working with SaaS applications. • JIRA or JIRA Align experience. • Exposure to UC&C Reseller or partner programs. Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors Location Based Pay Ranges: $129,639 - $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $136,121 - $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $142,603 - $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA Lumen offers a comprehensive package featuring a broad range of Health, Life, Voluntary Lifestyle benefits and other perks that enhance your physical, mental, emotional and financial wellbeing.
