Responsibilities As our Receptionist, you will ensure our patients feel welcome and our office runs smoothly. Your daily tasks will include: • Greeting Patients: Welcome everyone with a smile and ensure a positive first impression. • Scheduling: Answer phone calls, book appointments, and manage the daily clinic calendar. • Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance coverage and help patients understand their billing. • Record Keeping: Update and maintain patient records accurately and confidentially. • Coordination: Work closely with dental staff to keep the day running on time. • Office Management: Handle emails, filing, and keeping office supplies stocked. Qualifications • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred). • Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role. Experience in a healthcare or dental setting is a major plus. • Skills: Strong communication skills and a professional attitude. • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office. • Work Style: Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
