Lead CRM and analytics efforts including marketing technology integration, customer data unification, business intelligence, audience segmentation, and marketing performance analysis.
Must have advanced SQL and Excel skills, experience with data strategy and customer activation, paid media expertise, and proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
We’re looking for a Manager of CRM and Analytics who thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments. This role is mostly remote that will require travel 1x/ month or 1x/ quarter and candidate must be Florida resident to be considered. What You’ll Do • Modernize marketing technology integrations by linking campaign platforms, journey orchestration tools, and workflow automation systems with centralized data assets to ensure consistency and agility across channels • Spearhead the design and rollout of a comprehensive customer data approach, creating a centralized environment that merges information from diverse sources into a unified profile. Establish consistent identifiers and governance practices to ensure every customer record reflects a complete, accurate view that can be activated across the business • Turn raw customer data into meaningful business intelligence by uncovering trends in demographics, behaviors, and attitudes that directly influence brand direction, campaign planning, and channel strategy • Build detailed audience groupings and enhance customer and prospect records using external data sources, while applying predictive techniques to sharpen personalization and outreach • Lead full-cycle marketing performance reviews by setting success metrics, building automated reporting and dashboards, applying attribution frameworks, and conducting ROI and funnel analysis, delivering a comprehensive view of results across paid, organic, social, programmatic, web, and email channels What We’re Looking For • Advanced SQL and Excel Experience • Experience with Data strategy, insights, and customer targeting/ activation • Experience with Paid Media • Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar data visualization tools
