The Role As a Lead Software Developer, you will take an active role in guiding teams toward successful project delivery while contributing to the architecture, design, and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions. This position involves increased leadership responsibilities alongside technical expertise. The Main Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java, NodeJS, VueJS, and SpringTools. • Architect and implement modern APIs and MicroApps to support distributed systems. • Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines with GitHub, optimizing software development workflows. • Ensure successful deployment and maintenance of cloud-based solutions, driving innovation across the organization. • Champion DevSecOps practices, establishing robust security protocols and workflows. • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment. • Analyze network topology requirements to ensure seamless integration and scalability of software systems. What We Look For in a Candidate 8+ years professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience 6+ years professional experience with a Master's Degree or equivalent education and experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred. 5–8 years of professional experience in software development, including leading and managing complex projects. Preferred Experience with NestJS and advanced cloud technologies. Experience with languages: 5+ with Java and some exposure to Python and ability or desire to learn Go. Knowledge of generative AI development for forward-thinking software solutions Implement AIOps best practices, including CI/CD for model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
