The Role The Lead Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple complex projects that drive strategic transformation across the organization. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure successful delivery of initiatives aligned with enterprise goals. The Main Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget. Manage project lifecycle from initiation through closure. Develop, plan and manage implementation of activities for highly complex projects/programs for internal customers throughout their lifecycle. Accountable for timely project completion and delivery. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and post-implementation reviews. Ensure documentation is complete and audit-ready. Analyzes work plans and schedules and develops project progress and status reports (including executive status updates). Develop and distribute timely meeting minutes, to include track/manage action items and verify they are incorporated into the program schedule and that deliverables are met on time Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Escalate critical issues and develop contingency plans. Utilize the change control process to track schedule changes. Financial Acumen: Monitor budgets, forecast costs, and ensure financial targets are met. Provide input into cost optimization strategies and resource allocation models. Through partnership with other staff organizations, define Key Performance Indicators (KPI), training, process standards, policies, and procedures. Associated with complex projects. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication and alignment across departments. Ensure adherence to project related policies and processes. Reiterate scope, roles/responsibilities and schedule on a regular basis and provide team members a single point of contact for all project issues What We Look For in a Candidate Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred 5–10 years of project management experience. Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and cost modeling. Experience with strategic planning and organizational design. Proficiency in project management tools. Familiarity with transformation initiatives and change management. Compensation This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
