Program Dates: May 29 – August 7, 2026. Location: This position is fully remote / work from home in the continental US. Work Authorization: US Work Authorization required for this role Program eligibility is contingent on the candidate’s commitment to the entire 10-week program. No exceptions will be made. The Main Responsibilities The Summer 2026 Program Manager Interns will be responsible for supporting our Federal customers with the following: Billing audit of DOE and VA programs Order implementation and inventory tracking Attend program meetings (internal and some external) Focus on creating people-centered communications Data Analysis regarding projects and tracking What We Look For in a Candidate Required qualifications Enrolled at a 4-year accredited college or university, rising senior level education status at the start of the internship. Graduating August 2026 – May 2028 Preferred fields include but not limited to: Business, Communications or related field Proficiency and understanding of: Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and associated Microsoft Office suite Ability to analyze large data sets and come to clear conclusions and solutions Ability to develop good networking and communication skills across internal ecosystems and ultimately with customers. Strong verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task, stressful environment Ability to create and matrix-manage various functional teams Compensation Internship compensation ranges depend on each individual’s level of education, geographic location, and experience/qualifications aligned to the role. Hourly Based Pay Range: Min: $ 26/hour Max: $ 38/hour What to Expect Next Once you complete and submit your application, you will be invited to take part in a virtual assessment.
