Flexible / Set Your Own Hours Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager & Funnel Strategist to oversee and optimize our social media and digital marketing efforts. This role is focused on strategy, funnel execution, and performance optimization, not day-to-day posting. You will ensure that all content, ads, and messaging work together within a clear marketing funnel — from audience growth to lead generation and conversion — while managing the posts of a small social media team. This role is ideal for someone who understands how organic content, paid traffic, and funnels integrate to drive business growth.
