LUMA Luxury Matchmaking is a premier, high-end matchmaking firm serving elite, relationship-minded professionals across the U.S. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, elevate performance, and ensure operational excellence at every level. This role is designed for a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-focused leader who thrives in a high-expectation, luxury-service environment. About the Role The Sales Manager is responsible for driving overall sales performance, creating internal alignment, and overseeing daily sales operations. This is a strategic leadership position requiring exceptional communication, accountability, and operational management. Key Responsibilities Sales Growth & Leadership • Drive overall sales, average sales growth, and team-wide revenue performance. • Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable to KPIs, daily standards, and performance expectations. • Conduct weekly sales meetings, daily pulse checks, and 1:1 coaching sessions. • Assist directly with lead handling, sales calls, and sales appointments when needed. • Audit no-sales, pending sales, and consistently coach reps for improvement. Daily Operational Management • Manage the day-to-day sales operations ensuring the entire team is aligned, consistent, and moving in the same direction. • Maintain a constant pulse on team performance and workflow; keep Management apprised promptly and professionally. • Confirm that all team members follow company systems, structure, and processes without exception. • Ensure key messages, priorities, and updates are clearly and consistently cascaded across the organization. Sales Systems, CRM & Workflow • Manage and optimize all sales software, CRMs, workflows, and communication systems. • Create tasks and project assignments (including for Management) and ensure all deadlines are met. • Communicate swiftly when a task or project is delayed, paused, or blocked. • Oversee lead flow, lead qualification, call standards, submissions, and full pipeline management. • Manage lead communication workflows, dedicated emails, templates, and follow-up frameworks. Audit, Accountability & Performance Quality • Audit leads, calls, follow-ups, daily numbers, and goal performance to ensure timely conversion. • Verify that all leads are being contacted promptly and moved through the process efficiently. • Work with the team to generate more success stories, client wins, and 5-star reviews. SOP Development & Process Optimization • Help create, refine, and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). • Continually identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase efficiency. HR, Hiring & Onboarding • Support hiring needs: job postings, recruiting, interviews, onboarding, and training. • Assist in ongoing performance coaching, expectations, and workforce alignment. Marketing & Brand Presence • Contribute to marketing activities • Implement prospecting programs, recruiting initiatives, affiliate partnerships, and referral channels to drive lead generation. Collaboration & Communication • Collaborate closely with Management, maintain alignment, and foster a culture of mutual respect. • Ensure strong communication exists at every level of the organization. • Proactively ensure everyone stays informed and updated. Qualifications • 3–5+ years of sales management experience; luxury services or high-touch client industries preferred.
