Design and build backend systems for AI-driven ad creative evaluation and optimization using machine learning and experimentation.
Significant experience in machine learning or optimization in advertising, strong Python and distributed systems skills, and data-driven engineering expertise.
The Opportunity We believe that the next step function change in intelligence will come from vision. We have access to capital and compute resources necessary to compete at the frontier of AI while maintaining a lean team structure. You will be a technical authority within a new vertical, building the intelligence layer that powers autonomous creative decisions. Where You Come In You will be the architect of the logic behind our creative platform. This role involves designing systems that can quantitatively evaluate and optimize AI-generated media. You will apply a rigorous scientific approach to creativity, building the infrastructure that allows our models to understand what makes an ad resonant and effective. What You Will Build Evaluation Infrastructure: Define and implement a comprehensive suite of offline and online metrics to measure ad creative quality, relevance, and performance. Experimentation at Scale: Design and run complex A/B experiments in a marketplace setting to validate optimization strategies and model improvements. The Intelligence Layer: Build the backend logic that enables our agents to reason about creative decisions, moving beyond simple generation to strategic optimization. The Profile We Are Looking For Optimization Specialist: You have significant experience in machine learning or optimization roles within the ad space, such as creative optimization, quality, or ranking. Data-Driven Builder: You possess strong data analysis skills and a proven ability to derive insights from performance data to drive engineering decisions. Technical Depth: You have deep expertise in Python and distributed systems, with the ability to build scalable backend systems for data-heavy applications.
