We are seeking a Make Ready Field Manager in the St. Louis area to provide onsite leadership and quality control on job sites—advancing productivity, ensuring safety and performance standards, communicating with customers and leadership, and coordinating tasks with handymen. Responsibilities: Manage and monitor make ready projects to schedules, budgets, and quality standards; lead 1099 make ready crews; act as primary point of contact to resolve customer issues; assign tasks and ensure resources; provide on-the-job support and maintain quality control objectives; conduct spot checks; monitor subcontractor work quality and guide improvements; analyze field processes and recommend improvements; manage project quotes; foster a collaborative team environment. Job Details: Full-time; Monday–Friday, Day/8 Hour Shift, Weekend Availability; Work Location: St. Louis, MO; Salary $90,000–$100,000 per year (plus mileage), with commission and bonus pay; benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and PTO.
