Apply now Tasks Your main tasks include, among others: • Part of LTCS BU LOG Process & Projects Competence Center to enable and foster coordination between all of BU LOG and LTCS operational departments on logistics process related topics (including processes design, changes, and process deviations) • Document and review existing/new processes within ProX applying applicable design standards • Maintain ProX Process Architecture Standards and KPI’s • Lead and independently manage assigned projects in a time and cost-efficient manner, ensure successful transfer and stabilization into routine operation • Project Cost controlling and reporting, identifying trends and root causes to quickly establish counter measures to secure success of the project • All other duties as assigned or required Benefits • Life Insurance • 401k plan • Commuter Benefits • Family Policy • Short Disability • Employee Assistance Program • Education • up to 60 Sick Days • Long Disability • Healthcare • Flight privileges • 15-20 Vacation Days • Flex Holidays Requirements The ideal Process and Project Manager Logistics must fulfill the following requirements: • High school diploma/GED required • Bachelor’s degree required • 3+ years of professional experience required • Fluency in English language required • German language desirable • Knowledge in aviation logistics, transportation, distribution warehouse, import/export, supply chain, and process & project management required • Knowledge in ProX Academy • Excellent knowledge in Excel/Word/Access/PowerPoint/Visio as expert • Knowledge of various LTCS/LHT systems, such as SAP,ProX,O365 etc • Excellent independence • Excellent initiative • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent judgment • Excellent reliability • Excellent responsibility • Excellent teamwork • Willingness to travel • Must possess a valid driver’s license • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S. • CV/Resume required • Company may provide relocation assistance
