Tasks Step into a dynamic role as Regional Production Manager, driving operational excellence and quality across the Americas. Collaborate with regional teams and HQ in Germany, optimize suppliers, implement digital solutions, monitor KPIs, lead projects, and shape the future of air cargo. • Maintain production framework (cargo, aircraft handling, RFS) ensuring safety, security and quality per LCAG standards • Implement digitization strategy in coordination with F/HG • Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external regulations • Provide counseling and advice to F/GCs on special topics • Implement and achieve quality and process KPIs, monitoring data quality across all regional locations • Manage supplier portfolio with local and central stakeholders • Liaise with sales units to understand customer needs and secure high satisfaction • Act as contact for local handling projects and ensure sustainable implementation • Analyze handling KPIs, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions • Performs all other duties assigned by superiors Benefits • Flex Holidays • Flight privileges • Company bonus (if applicable) • 15-20 Vacation Days • up to 60 Sick Days • Family Policy • Healthcare • Long Disability • Life Insurance • Education • 401k plan • Employee Assistance Program • Commuter Benefits • Short Disability Requirements To excel in this role, you will need a combination of the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics, business, or a related field • Min. 3–5 years of experience in air cargo, logistics, or the airline industry • Fluency in English required • Good knowledge of LH Cargo’s production processes and organization. Alternatively, excellent knowledge of comparable international airline/ logistics industry structures • For Procurement / Supplier Management tasks desired relevant work experience of several years in procurement function • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Clear communication and effective negotiation skills • Willingness to travel • Manage constant time pressure • Manage high stress levels • Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S. • CV/Resume and Motivation Letter required • Company may provide relocation assistance
