Why This Role Stands Out • Real impact: You’ll directly influence the success and profitability of multiple branches • Leadership visibility: Work closely with senior leadership and help shape operational strategy • Growth opportunity: Be part of a company that’s expanding and investing in its future • People-first culture: Join a team that values collaboration, accountability, and doing the right thing • Stability + momentum: 50+ years strong—and still growing What You’ll Do As a Regional Operations Manager, you won’t just oversee operations—you’ll elevate them. • Own the performance of multiple locations, ensuring smooth, efficient daily operations • Drive profitability by analyzing P&L performance and identifying opportunities for growth • Lead through people—coach, mentor, and develop Operations Managers and their teams • Turn data into action by tracking KPIs and holding teams accountable to results • Create consistency and excellence by building and implementing SOPs across branches • Ensure operational accuracy with strong oversight of parts inventory and processes • Champion safety and ensure every location meets high safety standards • Be the problem solver for operational and accounting challenges • Stay connected to the field through regular branch visits and inspections • Run effective L10 meetings that drive alignment, accountability, and results What You Bring • Proven leadership experience managing operations or multiple locations • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and impact financial performance • Experience in construction equipment, dealership operations, or a similar industry • A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
