Are you highly skilled in the areas of Global Payroll, HRIS, and HR Analytics? This Global Director of Payroll, HRIS, and People Analytics could be the job for you! The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem solving, and project management skills. The ability to lead, influence, and collaborate will ensure your success in this Global Director of Payroll, HRIS, and People Analytics role. Fully Remote with the ability to travel as needed Highly Competitive Compensation Package + Comprehensive Benefits + Generous PTO Responsibilities • Oversee global payroll operations to ensure compliance with local regulations and accuracy in payroll processing • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the HRIS to ensure it meets the needs of the organization • Develop and implement a comprehensive people analytics strategy to support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement • Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving organizational performance • Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making • Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting to optimize HR technology functionalities • Lead and mentor a team of HRIS, analytics, and payroll professionals • Implement best practices for payroll management and reporting across different regions Qualifications • Public Company experience • Strong understanding of global payroll processing and compliance • 10+ years of experience with HRIS, people analytics, and global payroll management a must • 5+ years of leadership experience • Experience with HR systems (i.e., Dayforce, ADP, SuccessFactors, UKG) and data analytics tools • Experience with project management a plus • Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision • Life • Disability • 401K with generous match • Generous Vacation • Holiday, Sick Time
