Role description Job Summary Senior Specialist in Project Management responsible for leading project planning and governance to ensure successful delivery and alignment with organizational objectives Job Description Lead comprehensive project planning activities including development of schedules milestones and resource allocation aligned with business goals Implement and maintain robust project governance frameworks to monitor compliance quality and risk mitigation Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project scope timelines and deliverables Ensure adherence to organizational project management processes standards and policies Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and best practices Provide expert guidance and mentorship on project planning and governance to project teams and stakeholders Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation Establish and enforce project governance structures reporting mechanisms and compliance standards Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to schedules quality standards and governance frameworks Identify assess and proactively mitigate project risks and issues maintain RAID logs and escalation processes Prepare and present project status reports and governance documentation to senior management Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and effective communication Coordinate resource onboardingoffboarding and maintain resource allocation and utilization tracking Support financial management activities including budget monitoring invoice tracking and cost reconciliation Skills Mandatory Skills : Project Planning Other details Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
