Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Germany, for a Sales Engineer specializing in the Germany market with a focus on electronic wire harness and PCB solutions. The primary responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, providing technical support, building relationships with customers, and developing customized solutions to meet client needs. The Sales Engineer will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate communication of customer requirements, and support the sales process through effective presentations and customer engagement. Qualifications • Experience in Sales Engineering and a strong understanding of electronic wire harness and PCB solutions. • Proficiency in providing Technical Support and developing tailored solutions for customer needs. • Exceptional Communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively. • Strong background in Sales and Customer Service to foster long-term client relationships. • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Fluency in German and English is essential for managing client relationships in the Germany market. • Relevant educational background in engineering, electronics, or a related field is preferred. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend meetings or events.
