Job Description: Duties Responsibilities: • Manages assigned Infra account and to ensure adherence to budget schedule and scope of delivery. • Develops maintains and revises proposals for assigned projects accounts including delivery objectives. • technologies systems information specifications timelines funding and staffing Sets and tracks deliverables milestones. • Manages and accounts for unforeseen delays then realigns schedules and expectations as needed. • Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met They provide regular updates on service delivery and respond to client inquiries and concerns • Responsible for managing budgets for service delivery ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and that costs are kept within budget. • Responsible for building and maintaining high performing teams and for fostering a positive working environment. • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. • Oversee the delivery of services to clients and coordinate the efforts of different teams to ensure that services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. • Responsible for ensuring that service level agreements are met and that the services provided meet the required quality standards. • Track and monitor the performance of services identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. • Establishes and implements project communication plans providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders. • Collects analyses and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare Delivery status reports. • Performs other related duties as assigned. • Candidate should be an excellent communicator who is able to translate complex requirements into functional architecture. • Candidate should have hands on experience on the IT infra domain Network Datacenter or Cloud As a Technical Architect Run Artilect. • He will be responsible to provide end to end technical support required to manage the customers enterprises IT infra structure across the Globe. • This includes providing support to BAU teams project team and provide other proactive QoS recommendations. • Also responsible to oversee the project technical requirement risks and measuring the performance of the new system. • The role to ensure the customers IT infra operates properly Key Accountabilities Skills And Experience Create all the technical implementation documents and support for the new upgrade implementation projects. • Responsible to analyse existing infrastructure and create HLD and LLD to support the BAU Act as SPOC in any critical BAU P1 P2 incidents Leads the P1 P2 incidence across global. • He has to provide quicker resolution to minimize the outage Deep dive and derive the RCA cause and support Problem management team for finalizing the RCA document within SLA. • Work with the customer application team and create an end-to-end application flow low level design document to support the BAU Providing technical solutions to hosting and cloud Infra. new upgrade migration projects Owning the technical solution and ensure the successful implementation as per customers requirement. • Responsible to analyse customers’ existing infra and create solutions for Infra cloud migration projects. • Provide the technical KT to all the necessary BAU team on the application flow to enable the team for effective support Ongoing incidents analysis. Mandatory Requirement: • 15 years’ experience 8 Years Previous work experience as a Technical Architect. • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Excellent communication skills Hands on in MS Visio Cloud Network Certification. • Managerial experience Value addition Skills Familiarity with programming languages operating systems and Office software. • Advanced project management skills Vendor Management. • The Operating Environment and Context of the Job This role is individual contributor role to support to global clients The support covers end to end technical architecture and needs 24x 7 availability of the technical architect on need basis.
