Fulltime Role Desktop Support Engineer Edison, New Jersey (5 days Onsite) Technical Skills Primary • Provide deskside and remote support for hardware software and peripheral issues • Manage and maintain IT assets including procurement deployment tracking and disposal • Administer and support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment compliance policies and application deployment • Handle incidents and service requests via the ServiceDesk platform ensuring timely resolution and documentation • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues • Maintain accurate records of assets and support activities • Generate and analyze Excel based reports for asset inventory compliance and support metrics • Assist with onboarding offboarding processes including device setup and recovery • Ensure adherence to IT policies security standards and compliance requirements • Proven experience in deskside or IT support roles 24 years preferred • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune ServiceDesk tools eg ServiceNow Fresh service and IT asset management practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel pivot tables VLOOKUP charts etc for reporting and analysis • Familiarity with Windows OS Office 365 and basic networking concepts • Excellent troubleshooting communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Soft Skills • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and in cross functional teams • Detail oriented with strong documentation practices • Adaptability to evolving project requirements and timelines • Customer focused mindset with a commitment to quality delivery Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”): Benefits and Perks: • Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision • Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage • 401(k) Plan with Company match • Life Insurance • Vacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays • Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
