Job Overview: The Business Transformation VP will partner with the SVP of Business Transformation to define and execute the holistic LPL advisor and client experience. Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, you'll synthesize outputs from product, technology, and service team roadmaps and industry best-practices into cohesive end-to-end journey maps that guide development toward inspiring and differentiated advisor experiences. Roles & Responsibilities: • Map team deliverables across product, engineering, and operations onto complete advisor and client journeys, identifying integration opportunities and friction points • Analyze gaps between current team outputs and our Point of Arrival vision, recommending targeted enhancements that elevate good individual features into seamless journey experiences • Conduct primary research with advisors and industry benchmarks to validate journey designs and ensure we're building toward experiences that remove friction, enhance advisor efficiency, and create genuine competitive differentiation • Build compelling journey artifacts- client user experience, process flows, experience maps, and requirement documents-that make abstract coordination concepts tangible for cross-functional teams • Partner directly with product managers, engineers, and service leaders to translate journey insights into actionable development priorities • Lead bi-weekly stakeholder sessions to demonstrate journey progress, surface integration challenges, and align teams around shared experience transformation goals What are we looking for? Requirements: • Bachelors or equivalent degree, ideally in business, economics, applied math or science • 5+years of experience in strategy consulting, banking, business analysis, product management, or strategy roles • Experience with process mapping, journey design, and systems thinking approaches Core Competencies: • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments where you'll define your own path forward • Communication skills to influence and align stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels • Proficiency in AI prompting, data analysis, and presentation software • Natural curiosity about how technology, operations, and customer experience intersect to create business value • Strong analytical and synthesis skills with ability to distill complex, ambiguous information into clear frameworks and recommendations Preferences: • Consulting background, preferably from the big 4 Pay Range: $145,388-$242,313/year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
