Role Description The Senior Director, Program Manager will play a pivotal role in bringing one of our longevity drug pipelines through FDA approval and expanding Loyal’s portfolio. • Serve as the program spokesperson. • Own program timeline, understand dependencies, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. • Lead cross-functional discussions to ensure timely and proactive discussions around risks, status, opportunities, and mitigation/acceleration strategies. • Work closely with functional leads to ensure team projects are completed on time, within budget, and maintain quality standards. • Escalate program issues that can impact timelines or cost. Lead discussions with functional leads to develop solutions and propose mitigation strategies to the executive team. • Collaborate with functional leadership to assign best-aligned SME for project needs and set clear goals/objectives for each project team member. • Lead and coach teams to break down silos, encourage collaboration, and ensure the program strategy aligns with broader company initiatives. • Create presentations, memos, and dashboards to communicate program status to general, technical, or executive audiences.
