Warehouse Associate Job Description The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of the store and ensuring customer satisfaction by efficiently handling merchandise within the distribution center. Key Responsibilities: • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments. • Store merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse. • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to stores and customers. • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks. • Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock. • E nsure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. • Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
