The Facility Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution of facility maintenance processes to streamline branch repairs and maintenance, as well as identifying opportunities for branch refresh projects. This individual contributor role ensures efficient facility operations and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to achieve branch development and maintenance objectives. Essential Functions: •Serve as the primary point of contact for facility maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution of repair needs. •Monitor and track branch maintenance activities to identify trends and propose process improvements. •Collaborate with property managers and vendors to manage work orders and ensure service quality. •Analyze branch conditions and identify opportunities for refresh or improvement projects. •Provide recommendations for upgrades and collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives. •Create and manage timeline for contractors for branch remodels and ensure punch list are created and completed •Develop and document standardized procedures for branch maintenance and refresh activities. •Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Real Estate, and Accounting, to ensure alignment on maintenance timelines and budgets. •Conduct market and facility analysis to support branch improvement strategies. •Maintain accurate records of maintenance and refresh projects and provide regular updates to leadership. •Partner with Lowe’s Real Estate and Legal teams to ensure branch facilities meet business requirements. •Act as a liaison between branch operations and external vendors to manage facility access and project execution. •Identify risks or challenges in facility maintenance processes and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency •Support ad hoc projects related to branch facility management as needed.
