Job Overview Looking for an EXPERIENCED Personal Injury Case Manager. Candidate must have at least two (2) years of full-time personal injury law/case management experience. Candidate will be tasked with helping clients get set up for treatment and other procedures, updating clients, obtaining medical records, police reports and handling all aspects of case management from beginning to end, including handling of liens and reductions prior to case closure. Candidate will also help with supervising Virtual Case Managers. The right candidate must be detail-oriented, thorough, compassionate, determined, personable and self-motivated. We have several growth opportunities for the right person. NO GLASS CEILINGS HERE. Pay will range from $22-$30 per hour with potential for yearly performance bonuses. Duties include but are not limited to: · Setting up personal injury clients with clinics · Gathering all Medical Bills and Records · Keep track of personal injury clients and where they are in their treatment · Getting clients rescheduled after missed appointments · Giving clients updates on their cases · Finalizing reduction amounts · Meeting with clinic reps · Preparing settlement ledgers · Handling all issues with clinics · Tracking case expenses (i.e., invoice for bills and records, advancements, etc.) · Running checks for liens on Lexis and/or County websites · HIPAA · Checking and pushing for acceptance of liability of PI cases Benefits: • Health Insurance • Dental Insurance • Vision Insurance • Life Insurance • Short Term Disability • Free parking • Paid sick time • Paid time off • Performance Bonuses Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: • Personal injury law: 2 years (Required) Ability to Commute: • Houston, TX 77074 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • Houston, TX 77074: Relocate before starting work (Required) Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
