Responsibilities

The primary purpose of this position is to support the Inside Sales team by promoting all Total Truck Care programs. Responsibilities include securing and growing profitable business with existing customers and new prospects, responding to customer needs, and promoting Love's services.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred. Candidates should have at least 3 years of inside sales and territory management experience.

Job Functions: Secure and grow profitable Total Truck Care business with both existing customers and new prospects by phone in fleets under 30 trucks Actively respond to the Total Truck Care needs of accounts Meet and/or exceed Year Over Year and profitability goals Work closely with Inside Sales Managers and other team members in identifying market and competition trends Actively promote all Love’s services within region: Fuel, Tires, CNG, Light Mechanical and Factoring Work closely with Inside Support to insure proper discount setup and timely and accurate customer support Responsible for complete and accurate customer data within Salesforce customer management software Develop and maintain positive relationships with all Love’s vendors Actively pursue opportunities for personal development within the department and company Travel as needed Experience and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Bachelor’s Degree preferred 3 years of inside sales and territory management Skills and Physical Demands: Hard Skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as billing and collection procedures. Ability to prioritize. Team, player who takes ownership of personal duties as well as team goals.
