We are now seeking a proven B2B Sales Manager to lead and elevate our Ritual Division across the USA. About the Role This is a high-impact, results-driven position focused on: • Managing & supporting broker and distributor relationships across the U.S. market. • Encouraging, monitoring, and reporting on sales performance. • Driving a data-driven sales culture with accountability and measurable execution. • Working collaboratively so that our partner’s growth (retail, distribution, and brokers) = our success. While an interest in or passion for premium cigar culture is a strong advantage, this role is fundamentally about sales team management and performance.
