We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing coaching company. Our company is a dating education and coaching brand helping women (typically 40+) find lasting love. We’re on a mission to make a powerful impact in the world, and our social channels are the heartbeat of our brand. We’ve already built large audiences across major platforms: YouTube – 651k subscribers Facebook – 378k followers Instagram – 69.6k followers TikTok – 196.6k followers Now we’re looking for a social media leader who can own growth, engagement, and innovation across these platforms. What You’ll Do Manage and grow our YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok channels. Edit and publish short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts). Edit podcast episodes in Riverside and repurpose them into clips/shorts. Design YouTube thumbnails that capture attention. Track trending topics and pitch fresh content ideas. Review and engage with comments and community messages. Provide feedback on top-performing content to shape future strategy. Use AI tools to repurpose podcast content into blog posts, and manage blog publishing. Report on channel performance and growth opportunities. What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing and growing social media channels. Familiarity with Riverside for podcast editing. Strong design eye for thumbnails and visual content. Excellent understanding of social media trends and algorithms. Clear communicator with strong attention to detail. Strategic thinker who understands how organic fits into the bigger marketing picture. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
