Responsibilities: Oversee and streamline day-to-day business operations across all departments Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization initiatives Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies Collaborate with executive leadership on long-term planning and business development Requirements: 5+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a director-level role Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational improvements Strong financial acumen, including budget management and P&L oversight Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ideally, the selected candidate would have experience with multi concepts, multi state from Fast Upscale Casual to Fine Dining.
