Full Description

About Loupe Loupe was founded out of a desire to do better. Our origin story is a humble one: We saw that the sports card collecting hobby had a lot of inefficiencies, and we wanted to improve on it. At its heart, Loupe is a place where sports card buyers and sellers can come together to share their hobby. We pride ourselves on making it easy and fun to partake in card collecting. Although it may be beneficial, you don’t need to love sports or sports cards to work at Loupe. We only ask that you share our vision of creating a better destination for the community of collectors. Together, we can do better — and we can make a lot of people happy along the way. What You'll do Here: • Under the direction of the VP for Operations & Partnerships, the Channel Partner Manager will work closely with the Head of Partner Experience to maintain and build a complete partnership ecosystem. • Identify and recruit new sports card sellers to sell on the Loupe platform. • Review partnership applications including researching and vetting applicants. • Represent Loupe at regional and national card shows with the intention of recruiting new partners and servicing existing relationships. • Train and onboard new partners and set them up for success. • Maintain relationships with assigned partners, assisting with any needs and providing feedback to ensure continued growth of partners and meet internal KPIs. We'd Love to Hear from You if You Have: • 2+ years of sales or recruiting experience • A passion for sports, sports card breaking, and/or sports card collecting • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable, with ability to balance time and see projects through to completion • Resourceful self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations • Exceptional written and verbal communication
