Job Posting Title: Compliance & Program Coordinator Position Type: Professional / Unclassified Department: LSUAM Online - Digital Project Strategy (Renee Louise Adams Renegar (00012197)) Work Location: United Plaza XII Pay Grade: Professional Hourly Job Description: The Compliance & Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and performing functions to identify and monitor state, federal, and international regulations related to offering educational opportunities to students in other states and countries. The position will monitor regulatory compliance for out-of-state activities for programs in the LSU Online portfolio. This position is also responsible for coordinating and performing administrative and support functions for the Program Management & Strategy functional area within LSU Online & Continuing Education. Job Responsibilities: Coordinate activities to ensure compliance with relevant state, federal and international educational regulations: create a repository for compliance documents including a documentation strategy, create and monitor a compliance calendar to track dates for regulatory guidelines, establish communication plan for stakeholders, and develop checklist and templates for regulatory compliance. Maintains collaborative networks with national entities (SAN, WCET, etc.) and other state compliance units to monitor trends in the postsecondary compliance sphere. 30% Coordinate day-to-day activities associated with online program management including: tracking program development process; coordinating with centralized offices for administrative duties; tracking governance process; oversight and monitoring dashboards, Basecamp, and other related tools; assisting with audits; and sending program updates. 30% Coordinate annual submission of documents for participation in the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA), including completion of campus documents, obtaining needed signatures, collection of data (OOSLP), and working with Business Office to complete necessary payment of fees to the Louisiana Board of Regents and NC-SARA. 15% Serve as administrator of processes in the Airtable hub, ensuring program data is accurately entered, maintained, and updated as needed. Assist Program Management & Strategy team with various research tasks including: gathering SIS and CRM student data to determine data-driven opportunities for program management and development. 15% Document operational workflows and guidelines for regulatory compliance, program management launch processes, and program maintenance processes. 5% Other duties as assigned. 5% Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Compliance Monitoring, Business, or related field Specific Experience: • Understanding of online education • Understanding of compliance monitoring process Preferred Qualifications: Specific Experience: • Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, government agencies, and/or workforce boards • Experience in regulatory compliance and monitoring • Familiarity with state and federal education policies Degree Substitute: LSU values skills, experience, and expertise.
