As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for Lotto.com’s continuous success by hiring great people, enabling employee growth, and building fun workplaces across all of Lotto.com’s departments including Operations, Finance, Marketing, Compliance, Development and more. In this role, you will work with key stakeholders and organizational leaders to define key hires that will hit the jackpot on our team. What you’ll do? • Develop a deep understanding of Lotto.com culture, mission, product, and strategic direction to create a compelling employer brand • Collaborate with teams to understand hiring needs and proactively translate that into positive candidate experiences • Draft job descriptions to fit all position specifications and qualifications • Manage job postings across the Applicant Tracking System, careers page, and various other job boards • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications • Perform initial phone screenings of candidates; providing more detailed information about the role and gauging candidate experience for the position • Lead candidates through the entirety of the Hiring process including scheduling interviews, ensuring a smooth and streamlined experience for the candidates • Ensure all screening, hiring, and candidate selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations • Build Processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come • Perform reference checks as needed • Assist in the onboarding process of new employees What you need? • Bachelor’s degree focused in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field • Minimum 2 years of experience as a recruiter handling a high volume of roles • Experience working with recruiting tools such as Linkedin and Indeed • Experience with recruitment at a fast growing tech company • Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, time, and quality • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality • Experience with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) What it’s nice to have? • Punctual and reliable • Time management and organizational skills • Great attention to detail • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills • Self-starter, ability to work in fast-paced environment with minimal supervision Compensation • Full time position • Competitive Base Salary ($65,000-$75,000) • Performance based bonuses • Future equity in the company • Awesome working environment • Paid time off • Health benefits • Team events  Lotto.com does not discriminate on the basis of race, creed, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, age, height, weight, physical or mental ability, veteran status, military obligations, and marital status.
