POSITION PURPOSE The Housekeeping Supervisor supports daily department operations and ensures that the highest standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met. This role oversees housekeeping team performance, with a strong focus on training, quality control, and detailed inspections of guest rooms, equipment, and fixtures. The Housekeeping Supervisor works closely with the Housekeeping Manager to implement procedures, support team members, and uphold luxury service standards. This position directly supervises guest floor staff, including Room Attendants and Housemen.
