Overview Date Posted: 10/10/2025 Location: Marketing Address: 151 South Grand Ave City: Los Angeles State: CA Country: United States of America Description Title: Coordinator, Promotions & Partnerships Department: Marketing Salary Grade: Full Time, Non-Exempt Salary Range: $24-$29 hourly Statement of the Job: Support the Promotions & Partnerships team in developing, and executing promotions, marketing partnerships, reception programs, community activations, and community relationships across Walt Disney Concert Hall, Hollywood Bowl, and The Ford seasons. Essential Functions: • Monitor daily sales reports and maintain a keen understanding of promotional priorities based on sales performance across all three venues • Manage promotional ticket distribution for all three venues • Organize and distribute promotional assets (creative, copy, images, etc.) to relevant parties • Manage coding and tracking of invoices • Collaborate with Promotions & Partnerships Manager, Marketing Events Coordinator and team on partner strategy, research, and new project/seasonal ideas • Coordinate promotional events, including pre-/post-concert receptions and events at all three venues • Support off-site promotional activations, and serve as a brand ambassador at community events, as needed • Coordinate promotional giveaways with partners, agencies, and community radio stations (i.e. KPFK, KXLU) • Liaise with agency partners to ensure they have the necessary resources and information to execute their scope of work • Support Corporate Partnerships and Analytics & Audience Development teams with special events and activations as needed • Other duties as assigned.
