Prepare, pour and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Requires knowledge of all aspects of mixology including food/wine pairings and wine presentation and service. MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES There are no managerial responsibilities in this role unless they are designated by Management. SUCCESS CRITERIA Consistently performs the job to a high degree over an extended period of time. Reliable and punctual. Able to openly and honestly communicate with Management and the team. Highly regarded by Members. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Take accurate food and beverage orders from the members and guests and input into point of sale (POS) system without errors or collecting signatures on guest checks. • Mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standard. • Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling member and guests needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses. • Assisting with special events as needed. • Understands and can communicate products and services available at the Club. • Assist bussers with stocking and maintaining the Club’s par stock levels and side station. • Ensures assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving members, prepare purchase requisitions as needed to replenish supplies. • Other duties may be assigned.
