About Lorikeet Lorikeet is the most powerful customer support AI for complex businesses like fintechs, healthtechs, marketplaces and delivery services. We’re doing this by building ground up from the premise that most support responses should be automated with transparent, customizable AI, and that support teams should spend their time managing automation and engaging with complex cases, not grinding through high volumes of simple tickets. Once teams are freed from reactive support, we want to help them tackle what’s next: providing personalized concierge services to their customers. To deliver this combination of powerful AI systems and well designed tooling we’re leveraging Jamie’s experience as an early member of Google’s generative AI team and Steve’s experience building for operational teams at Stripe, as well as the experience of our team who’ve joined us from places like Stripe, Canva, Atlassian, Dropbox and Dovetail. About the role and you We're hiring a Brand Manager to build Lorikeet's brand awareness globally, starting with US and EMEA (UK, Nordics, Benelux, Dach). You'll own brand campaigns (OOH and other), partnerships, events, community-building and other initiatives to build brand presence that drives business outcomes. You will have high autonomy to experiment with different approaches ranging from traditional brand advertising to unconventional partnerships, measuring what actually increases awareness and consideration among our target buyers. This is the right role for someone who sees brand building as both art and science. What you'll do Design and execute brand awareness campaigns across channels (digital, OOH, events, partnerships, sponsorships) Produce and manage event presence including conferences, dinners, workshops, and industry gatherings Build strategic partnerships and co-marketing programs that extend our reach Develop community initiatives and customer advocacy programs where they drive brand impact Coordinate PR agency relationships and amplify media coverage Create brand experiences and moments that generate conversation and awareness Test unconventional tactics to break through in crowded markets Measure brand awareness, perception, and consideration among target audiences Connect brand investments to business outcomes including pipeline influence and deal velocity The right candidate You combine strategic thinking about brand with practical execution and willingness to experiment. You get energized by building market presence through creative campaigns and testing what actually resonates with target buyers. You care about making an impact in the market while staying grounded in business outcomes. You likely have experience in brand marketing, field marketing, events, or partnerships at B2B tech companies or startups. You can think strategically while also executing programs hands-on, and you're comfortable testing multiple tactics to discover what works. You should be excited to establish Lorikeet's brand in an emerging category with autonomy to experiment and find the right approach. You might be a fit if you: You've built or managed brand awareness programs, field marketing, or creative campaigns at B2B companies You've successfully launched brand initiatives from scratch (e.g., executed OOH campaigns, produced events, built partnership programs)
