We have an urgent requirement for an Enterprise Program Manager/ Transformation Program Manager Location: Remote – Anywhere in the USA Time Zone: Must support EST hours Visa: Any visa except OPT/CPT (PP number required) Experience 12+ years required Please note this is NOT a generic PMP / Technical Project Manager role. The client is specifically looking for candidates with strong enterprise-wide transformation and governance experience who can translate business strategy into executable delivery plans across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Strategy teams. Key Responsibilities: • Lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs • Drive governance, execution planning, and delivery coordination • Manage cross-functional stakeholders and executive communications • Handle program budgeting, financial tracking, and risk management • Ensure business readiness and organizational change adoption • Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams Required Skills: • Enterprise Transformation • Large Scale Program Management • Program Governance • Executive Stakeholder Management • Strategic Change Delivery • Risk & Dependency Management • Financial / Budget Management • Agile Delivery • Business Readiness Planning • Matrix Team Leadership Preferred: • Banking / Financial Services / Investment Banking experience Important: Please avoid sending generic PMP or purely technical project management profiles.
