Title: Senior Inventory & Systems Analyst (Fishbowl ERP Focus) Hours: 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday Onsite 5 days a week Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical team member to lead the management of our Fishbowl inventory system, forecasting processes, and reporting. This role will ensure our inventory data is clean and accurate, our BOMs are structured correctly, and our planning/reporting tools provide the business with clear visibility into demand and supply needs. Key Responsibilities: • Own setup, maintenance, and accuracy of parts, BOMs, and UOMs in Fishbowl. • Develop and manage forecasting processes: • Explode BOMs to calculate component demand. • Create and maintain Excel models and pivot tables for planning. • Layer in supplier lead times and safety stock logic. • Partner with leadership to build and refine Crystal Reports and SQL-based reporting (can self-build or guide external developers). • Ensure cost rollups and inventory valuations are accurate. • Train and support operations staff in best practices for Fishbowl use. • Continuously improve data quality and reporting for scaling operations. Qualifications: • 3–5+ years working in inventory management, ERP/WMS systems, or supply chain analytics. • Strong knowledge of Fishbowl or similar ERPs (NetSuite, SAP Business One, Odoo, etc.). • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, what-if modeling). • Must have recent experience with BOM. • Experience with SQL queries; ability to either write queries or work closely with a developer. • Exposure to Crystal Reports a plus (not mandatory if they can specify requirements). • Strong analytical mindset; able to translate messy data into clear insights. • Excellent communication skills to train and support other team members. • Microsoft Dynamic 365 software required
